Royalty Payments

To begin, Cutcaster is free to join and to use. 

For the exclusive rights to sell your content, Cutcaster pays 50% of the collected royalty payment to the creater or 40% of the collected royalty for non-exclusive rights to sell your content. Again, this is a Free service and does not cost you or your company money up front. You get paid based on sales, while maintaining complete ownership of your work and can remove it at any time. There are no limitations to the amount you can make in residuals as the popularity and quality of your content will drive the demand for it, which intern will drive the royalties you collect. Meanwhile, there are no obligations; at any point you can terminate the contract and ask us to stop selling your work.

CURRENT CUTCASTER ROYALTY RATES: Amount paid to Cutcaster producers for each piece of content sold.

EXCLUSIVE ROYALTY RATE: 50%* for each piece of content you sell, you will receive 50% of the selling price.

NON-EXCLUSIVE ROYALTY-RATE: 40%* for each piece of content you sell, you will receive 40% of the selling price.

Currently, Cutcaster is offering a Special Introductory Royalty Rates to our founding members/producers! Join today and get better payout rates. Please ask us about them when you upload your content.

Getting Paid: Payments for sales in any given month will be paid by the 15th day of the month following the sales. Sellers will only be paid after $20 is earned in their account. Payment will be made via PayPal, Moneybookers or check. Request a payout through your studio page when you want to be paid.

For Example: For all sales and returns for the month of January a Paypal deposit will be issued by the 15th day of February.

Date of Pay Period: Sales and royalties will be accumulated on a monthly basis.
