Keyworder

Global Marketing Manager
The Global Marketing Manager is accountable for the execution of all marketing programs across the globe. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter who is tasked with program planning and management, integrated marketing communications, and evaluation of marketing activities to create demand, drive traffic, and build loyal, profitable customer relationships around the world. As a key contributor to Cutcaster’s launch and ongoing marketing activities, this individual will deliver on marketing programs to grow Cutcaster’s customer base and achieve regional revenue objectives as the company extends its compelling product offering and brand to creatives around the globe.
- Execute the marketing launch roll-out plan and implement programs regionally on an ongoing basis
- Manage the full marketing mix of programs: direct mail, e-mail, web, advertising, promotions, conversion and customer loyalty programs, viral and event marketing
- Ensure programs are effectively conceived and adapted to local market audience needs
- Provide input into global planning and program design for effective localization of global programs
- Manage costs
- Manage timelines and deadlines, track program results, and maintain reports and dashboards for various marketing activities
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data, and implement marketing plan changes as needed
- Provide stewardship for the Cutcaster brand in the region
- Interact and coordinate with counterparts to ensure most effective use of resources and right balance of centralized and localized elements of overall marketing plan and strategy
- Execute all marketing programs across globe, working directly with local customer sales and service manager, design and copywriting resources/agency, and marketing service providers
- Ensure web merchandising and web content effectively drive e-marketing effectiveness and e-commerce sales
- Negotiate service agreements and manage vendor/supplier relationships for marketing-related activities
- Research local market needs, keep abreast of a competitive activity, and feed information to VP
- Collaborate with Global sales and service manager to integrate customer feedback and swiftly respond to opportunities and changing market needs
- 5+ years’ marketing experience in high-tech or creative industry
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field
- Well-honed skills and proven marketing results (pan-European and international marketing experience a definite plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A positive, energetic attitude, with the drive, enthusiasm, and ingenuity to tackle problems and seek out challenges
- Superior negotiation and vendor management skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter who revels in the challenges of a start-up environment and the idea of bringing Cutcaster to the world

Designer/Copy Editor
The Designer/Copy Editor will work with the CEO to help design and develop marketing materials, direct mailers, brochures, advertisements, web elements, etc.
- have good HTML and CSS skills for editing current pages, and creating new web pages.

Customer Sales and Service
The Customer Sales and Service Manager is responsible for bringing Cutcaster’s best-in-class sales and service to customers around the world as part of Cutcaster’s direct sales expansion. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the set-up and ongoing management of a sales call center in the company’s New York, Berlin and Philippines office. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will come in on the ground floor of a new sales organization as part of Cutcaster’s start-up and lead what is expected to be a growing team of Customer Service Representatives to support inbound sales and service calls, offer technical support, and convert demand created by Cutcaster’s award-winning marketing programs through top-notch customer relationship management.
- Set up and manage day-to-day operations of sales and service call center
- Lead team and manage direct reports
- Maintain a dedicated customer focus and deliver on Cutcaster’s brand promise with every customer
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales over the telephone and via e-mail
- Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets by answering inbound sales calls to identify customer needs and meet them with Cutcaster’s portfolio of photography, illustration, and type
- Work proactively to win accounts and follow up and close on quotes
- Manage rights clearances, image histories, and pending sales for global sales, ensuring no conflicts arise
- Provide value-added services such as image research and technical support
- Handle elevated customer issues, troubleshoot and resolve billing and accounting issues as necessary
- Collaborate closely with Cutcaster’s sales team and management
